
I used to have a gym in my apartment building, so working out was merely a morning 7am alarm clock, turn-key situation. But, since I moved into a home, I've had to create my own gym using a yoga mat and free weights.
I'm so excited to take you on this health and fitness journey with me, every Thursday, to get you ready for bikini season!
To prep, here's what you'll need to buy:
Yoga Mat (A printed mat is key to increasing your energy!)
Colored Free Weights (I recommend a set of 3 & 5 lbs-- I'm a believer in light weights with high reps!)
Stretch Bands
Cool Training Sneakers (These will get you excited to lace up!)
