The 2011 SAG Awards were filled with great tributes to the acting community. The endearing spirit that echoed throughout the ceremony was paralleled by the refreshing red carpet moments. Although not the chicest carpet I've seen, the exploration of color and modern silhouettes made this exhibit worth watching.


January Jones of Mad Men sparkled as the crown jewel in a glistening jewel box. In a breathtaking Carolina Herrera gown and Loraine Schwartz gems, she shows her versatility to seamlessly re-emerge as a fashion plate from her 2011 Golden Globes slip up. She clearly takes the crown as best dressed.


Black Swan star, Mila Kunis, takes second place in an Alexander McQueen Resort 2011 strapless chiffon gown and over $300,000 worth of Cartier jewels. It was her striking beauty above all else that lands her in second.


Nicole Kidman thankfully brought back her fashion A-game in a look that any woman should envy and most men would likely hate. For a look that is so gender-specific, the Nina Ricci gown and Fred Leighton necklace still gets my vote.


Hailee Steinfeld of True Grit gets my fourth nod in her Prada dress and shoes. A budding fashionista teen making a statement in couture is always a do!
