OTIS DIARY

posted by Elshane on Mar 3 2013, under Fashion

In early February 2013, I started a Fashion Illustration class at OTIS School of Fine Arts in LA. Every Thursday night from 7-10pm, eight of us starry-eyed fashionistas {only one of which is a #lalalollipop, thanks} filter into the good ol' college doors and give it our best.

For my first ever fashion drawing, I'm pretty pleased. But the best is yet to come. Right? Stay tuned for my progress throughout the semester...

P.S.- My professor, Diane, looks like this:

She has a wildly impressive background, including being the chief illustrator for Women's Wear Daily throughout the 70's. Now, she doesn't leave home without her tight bun, perfectly rounded red nails (hand painted herself like any true artist), and deep burgundy lips. Am I scared of her? Maybe.
