HALLOWEEN IN LIVING COLOR

In true elshane fashion, Halloween was not complete without an oversized head accessory. This year, it was unicorn or bust.

Fortunately, I knew I wanted to be a uni while I was in Asia earlier this month, so I purchased all of my DIY crafting supplies there for mega cheap.

Thirty dollars and two hours later, a few slices on my fingers after, I made a colorful rainbow explosion of a My Little Pony Rainbow Unicorn.

Were there other uni's at the party? Yes. Did they all nearly throw drinks on me because my costume murdered their store-bought versions? Yes.

Unicorn- 1
Human- 0

Most noteworthy, however, was the costume I blood-sweat-and-teared away for my man. The "Son of Man" Rene Magritte painting was nearly as good as the original. Shimmy shimmy to DIY costumes!
