Walking the streets in Japan is not too fashion-friendly. At 25 degrees with a freaky wind chill, did I mention I was in an earthquake, it's all about layers. I am a classic La Petite Valise-head= tiny suitcase packer, so regardless if my trip is one week or two, 90 degrees or 19, I only bring a carry-on suitcase. You can imagine how much creative mixing-and-matching, therefore, goes into a winter wardrobe with a carry-on suitcase bearing two large furs...
I take that back. The purple {faux} (my first faux, neither proud nor ashamed) was a street purchase at a fish market. The purple {faux} was a street purchase at a fish market.
