No Meat, No Dairy. Period.
Coming from a girl that feels the same about a cheeseburger as she does about Chanel, it was certainly hard for me to concoct this diet in the first place. But, I started noticing that when I was forbidden from eating meat and dairy during my two/three day pre-juice cleanse prep periods, my stomach was getting flatter by the day-- before the cleanse even started.
I realized, if I just stuck to a no meat, no dairy diet, I could eat everything else in the world I wanted, and still manage to be bikini-ready at all times.
By eliminating meat and dairy from my diet, I was in turn forced to order items on a menu that were inevitably healthier. Example, try an Italian menu:
pasta bolognese, chicken marsala, veal parmigiana, lemon shrimp. Winner.
Or, try a breakfast menu:
bagel and cream cheese, huevos rancheros, omlette with vegetables. Skinny Bi+tch.
chocolate layer cake, brownie sunday, apple crisp. Slurp.
