Good thing I had my trusty POP phone handy in my Polly Pocket handbag to call my photographer... or else this casual street encounter may have never happened...
This dress was straight off a mannequin at a sub-par vintage store in Venice Beach. With a price tag of $50, NO was not an option.
Alas it became my #1 option for a black tie wedding this past weekend in NYC. Double Alas...it was nixed by my ELSAO panel {the Elshane #Lalalollipop Social Acceptability Organization}, responsible for limiting my "moments" within legal parameters. 
Sigh...Coachella?
