At what point do you pencil in personal time, when business is all on your mind? Fast forward... at what point do you exchange your third glass of wine for a bottle of water and get back to work? 

I can't decide what's sexier-- staying in on a hyped out social night to catch up on work emails, or maxing out a few shots of tequila with your newly introduced and conveniently connected "bestie" while ripping seriously improved triceps that so happen to be peaking out from your new ALC jumpsuit.

I find that...

I find that women who want it all are the most fearless and powerful of all.

But don't tread lightly.

If you want to party, dance until the sun comes up. Don't let the perils of the morning after ruin the memories of the night before.

And if you want to work, power through every last bullet point on your check list. Don't let distractions get in your way of tearing that sheet out of your notepad and throwing it in the finished pile.

I always say, when I need something done efficiently, I'll give it to the girl in the room who has the most on her plate. She'll always impress me with her results.
